The project aimsto raise awareness about intercultural learning and how to deal with culture shock while living abroad. The exchange isfocused on promoting intercultural dialogue, understanding the meaning of culture shock, sharing common values on European citizenship and tolerance. It is also designed for the participantsto be directly involved in preparing the exchange in the way they want it to be. The participants will develop personalskillssuch asself-confidence and selfmotivation, find out how to create a motivational environment, how to delegate, give and receive a feedback asthese skills are needed for becoming a leader.
